In light of the tragic events that took place in Erie last week, United Way of Erie County has made the decision to cancel our 2026 Assembly: Community Schools in Action, scheduled for October 13.
We steadfastly believe that stronger communities are built through acts of care, unity, and ensuring that children and families have the support they need. This belief is fundamental to our mission at United Way of Erie County, and we understand that now is a crucial time for reflection, compassion, and support for our entire community.
