McKinley's Multicultural Music Festival & Art Gallery

McKinley serves a large population of New American students and families, and the Community School Team is intentional about fostering a school culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion.

This year, the school hosted a Multicultural Music Festival and Art Gallery, featuring Latino Band Mambo, desserts from a local Mexican bakery, henna demonstrations, and more.

 

Multicultural events like these go beyond celebration: they create meaningful opportunities for connection and understanding. By ensuring families feel welcomed and valued, McKinley strengthens school-family partnerships, improves school culture, and supports student success!
