COMMUNITY SCHOOL LEARNING EXCHANGE

In response to family survey feedback, Lincoln launched Grade Level Family Meet and Greet Nights to help families connect with others in the same grade. Teachers could opt to plan activities or invite program partners, resulting in events like cooking with Common Threads, STEM night with Penn State Behrend, and stress-reduction with NAMI. All events took place before Parent-Teacher Conferences and were well-attended. Both staff and families shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, and this strategy will be implemented in the coming year so family relationships can continue to grow!
