Stakeholder Pride at jefferson elementary
Jefferson Elementary implemented intentional strategies this year to recognize and celebrate students, staff, and families, fostering a stronger sense of school pride and a positive school culture. We saw a significant increase in the number of students honored as Outstanding Broncos, reflecting the school’s success in motivating students to demonstrate respect, responsibility, and safety in both academics and behavior. Staff participation in family engagement events, enrichment activities, and student support initiatives reached new levels, strengthening morale and reinforcing a sense of community. Additionally, the school made deliberate efforts to celebrate student groups during awareness periods, such as Autism Awareness Month, ensuring that all students felt valued and included. These combined initiatives enhanced the school environment and contributed to a culture where students, staff, and families are recognized and supported.
