National Night Out

2026 National night is TUESDAY, August 4!

For more than 20 years, United Way of Erie County has proudly supported local National Night Out events. This year, we're excited to partner with the Erie County District Attorney's Office to help expand support for these community celebrations.

National Night Out brings neighbors together while strengthening relationships between residents, local organizations, first responders, and community leaders. Whether it's a block party, cookout, youth activity, safety demonstration, or community resource fair, these events remind us that strong neighborhoods start with strong connections.

Why attend?

  • Meet your neighbors and make new connections
  • Enjoy family-friendly activities, food, and entertainment
  • Connect with local organizations and resources
  • Meet first responders and community leaders in a welcoming setting
  • Celebrate the people and partnerships that make our neighborhoods stronger
