Jeanette came to United Way through higher education, most recently serving as the Director of Learning Support Services at Mercyhurst University. She holds a bachelor's degree in English as well as a master's degree in Secondary Education from Mercyhurst University and a master's degree in English from Gannon University. When she is not helping to crush poverty, she can be found traveling to America’s National Parks and following various jam bands around the east coast.
