In addition to her role of supporting the United Way community school initiative across Erie County, Meghan continues to have a priority focus on Erie High School. She currently serves as the primary liaison between Erie High’s administration and also supervises the school's Community School Director team. Prior to Erie High, Meghan was the Community School Director at Pfeiffer-Burleigh Elementary, one of United Way of Erie County's original five pilot schools. With a background in child and family counseling, she brings expertise in trauma-informed practices to foster a supportive school environment.
