Young Leaders Society

United Way's Young Leaders Society (YLS) is designed for a new generation of community leaders who understand that educational change in Erie County DOES happen.

YLS offers this dynamic group of professionals a combination of educational, social, and volunteer activities focused on our community. These activities foster personal and professional growth.

The Young Leaders Society was established in October 2003.
YLS members are United Way donors 45 years old or younger giving $500 or above
And, individuals under the age of 30 giving $250 or above

When you become a Young Leader, you are helping United Way on their mission to CRUSH POVERTY in Erie County.
