Last year, United Way of Erie County helped improve the lives of over 100,000 people in our community. We are able to make such a large impact because that together, united, we can accomplish so much more than we can alone.

Creating opportunities in the areas of Education, Income and Health is too great for any single organization. It’s up to all of us to be part of the change because we are all connected. We all win when a child succeeds in school, when a neighborhood turns around, when families have good health and when workers have solid jobs. These results have benefits that will ripple out to the community as a whole.

At United Way, we bring together people from all across the community – people from business, labor, government, education, faith-based groups and the nonprofit sector.

United Way recruits people and organizations who bring the passion, expertise and resources we need to get things done.
