Symposium a Success

On October 6, United Way of Erie County and Early Connections hosted the 2006 Success By 6 Symposium. Nationally-renown author and educator Michael Brandwein was the keynote speaker.

Brandwein was highly entertaining and informative throughout the day. In the morning, he focused on positive communication with families. He spoke for a second time in the afternoon on the topic of building trust with people experiencing negative situations.

The 2007 Success By 6 Symposium is scheduled for October 26, 2007. Hope to see you there!


 



 

Innovation Keeps Campaigns Fun and Fresh


In an effort to increase employee participation, Times-News ECM Sheila Coon challenged employees to reach 75% participation by offering those departments that did, the opportunity to select a supervisor, manager, director, officer or publisher to kiss a live pig.
